XhamsterLive Site Review

XhamsterLive is a white label of StripChat, which in turn is run by Technius Ltd. Technius appears to be part of Xhamster Holding (though the primary site is StripChat and not XhamsterLive, for whatever reason). As is always the case, this means that the models and elements of the interface are the same between these two sites, but accounts, support, and other elements are separate.

Interestingly, Xhamster also has another branded cam site, XhamsterCams.com, which is a white label of another company, ICF, which runs sites like SlutRoulette.

XhamsterLive Chat Costs

XhamsterLive is one of the sites that offers free, fully nude and explicit video chats that are tip-based, meaning there’s no fee to enter and watch, but tipping the models is expected and appreciated. This offers a nice change from some sites, which only have mostly-clothed “tease” free chats. However, the amount of tokens offered in exchange depends on the brand, current demand, and outstanding balance, so it’s nearly impossible to compare the token costs for that payment method to the others.

The cost of shows on XhamsterLive can vary significantly, as there are default values, but they can be adjusted upward by the models based on their preferences. Fortunately, around 80% of the shows tend to fall in the default/minimum range, with around 20% in the middle, and less than 1% at the higher end. As you can see, the costs can add up quickly. Compared to other sites, though, the default/lower end prices are quite competitive, at or below many other big-name sites. The more expensive models are…well…more expensive, and can burn through your balance pretty fast.

In addition to token purchases, there’s also a top-tier membership, known as Gold, which is available only by subscription, costing $19.99/month (or $21.99/month if you use PayPal). The main perks or restrictions at each of these membership levels are as follows:

• Guests have limited access to public chats, no fullscreen mode, no private messaging, no emoticons in chat, and no invisible mode access.
• Grey users have limited access to public chats, but do enjoy fullscreen mode, and limited access to private messaging. They do not, however, get emoticons in chat, and do not have invisible mode access.
• Green users have the same privileges as grey users, but also gain full access to public chats. If your account balance goes to 0, you will lose green status.
• Gold users have full access to all of the above features.

Model Manifest

XhamsterLive has a nice selection of models, with around 80% of the online models usually being women, and the other 20% made up of couples/groups, men, and transsexual models. There is quite a variety here in terms of body types and looks. The largest contingent of models is in their 20s (around half of the catalog), with the remainder being fairly evenly split between teens and mature. Site performance is quite good, and video quality is good to excellent, even as a guest user.
